Environment

Environment

What Has Become of Our World? It is pure mindful surroundings that create a clean, natural, organic, healthy, positive, and peaceful home environment—the real home!
The real home is the foundation of life, where basic needs are met and individuals learn to be self-sufficient and to care for and share with family and community. There was a time, globally, when we
knew this type of home. Natural habitats and natural environments were all around us. We knew our neighbors and helped our neighbors. We raised our children in a community where they were safe from
harm. We made agreements based on a handshake and stuck to our promises and ideals. I have said before in this book that I don’t want to see us return to the agricultural or Stone Age, but the ideals and
the animals for food as well as the rich soil to grow crops. The environment becomes a wasteland, eroded by rain which washes away the soil and destroys roads, homes, and communities. The people are left to starve, living in poverty, sickness, and turmoil.

The life cycle of the environment has been destroyed. Toxic chemicals are used to kill weeds, insects, bees, birds, fish, bats, rodents, animals, plants, flowers, and even human beings. These chemicals are released into the air and are breathed in by human beings, who become unhealthy, shortening their lifespans. The chemicals find their way into our water supplies, and soil, and are ingested by the animals we use for food. Toxic chemicals are now in our bodies, making us sick, weak, and unable to work. Fertilizers and A rainforest is cut down for self-gain, destroying the habitat for many species of animals, and killing them in the process.

What about the human beings who live in this environment? They depend on self-gain and profit. Thinking only of themselves! values for ourselves and our environment have become polluted and destroyed as people’s minds became full of greed, thinking only of petroleum products are also polluting our water, killing fish, birds, animals, and man. Petroleum is highly abused for profit and self-gain, polluting our air as well as our water through Carbon Dioxide from automobiles and machinery. Other toxic gases are pumped into the atmosphere for profit from coal mines, factories, chemical plants, and nonbiodegradable products that pollute the environment. Greed, self-aggrandizement, and ego are polluting and killing the human mind. The more you have, the more you want—money, goods, and services. This greed and ego create fear and stress if you can’t keep up with the mass of consumers, who want only MORE!

Fear and stress also produce inadequate breathing, which depletes the body and mind of Oxygen as it increases the retention of Carbon Dioxide in the blood, causing us to be unhealthy. These are just a few examples of what greed has done to destroy our planet. Environmentalism that is addressing the negative effects of humans on the environment. In addition to the pollution and destruction of natural resources by mankind’s greed, the hope of restoration of the natural biophysical emitted from non-seasonal greenhouses.

In many highly developed countries, advances in technology, medicine, education, and public health may have shown a huge quantity of innovations, but not always environmentally friendly; in fact, most are environmentally challenging. Many new prescription drugs cause more side effects than the conditions they are supposed to relieve. They also pollute the water, environment, and body.
Electronics and battery-driven gadgets, especially computer boards, are destroying the planet and jeopardizing the lives of families and children who live in or around dumping grounds, which continue
to expand. Toxic waste is growing beyond controllable boundaries. life-cycle is being studied as well as species extinction and factors such as climate change, shortened plant growing seasons, and gases
is a conceptual and philosophical movement

How can we protect and recreate our environment?

Breathing

Breathing

Process of breathing

The breathing process works like a bicycle tire pump. You pull up to empty the Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and other toxins; you push down to fill or “breathe in” air with Oxygen (O2); therefore, the pressure pulls and pushes air throughout the whole body. Inhaling and exhaling air is the process that provides O2 to all parts of the body, and is required to support and sustain life.

This is medically referred to as physiological respiration, defined as the transport of O2 from the outside air to the cells within tissues and the transport of CO2 back to the outside air. Respiration is also referred to as ventilation. The scientific term defined by the American Heritage Medical Dictionary, © 2002, published by Houghton Mifflin Company, is eupnea—“Easy, free respiration as is observed normally under resting conditions.”

For our purposes, the process of breathing will be discussed only for human beings; therefore, the breath moves air in and out of the lungs, but this is only one part of the full respiratory process. The circulatory system, the pulmonary system, and the heart also distribute O2 to other organs, cells, and tissues in the body, while releasing CO2, other toxins, and water (100% humidity from nasal/breathing passages can be seen as “fog” in a very cold atmosphere).

Almost all areas of the body are involved in this life-giving process and are discussed separately in this section of my book, The Simple Solution. I intend to show the benefits of a full, cleansing breath, inhaling the O2 necessary for life, but (just as important) the full exhalation of CO2 and other toxic substances from the body, including stress and negativity.

Breathing is usually an unconscious process regulated by centers in the brainstem, based on the physical needs of the body but, unlike most other bodily functions, breathing can be controlled to an extent. The recognition and control of the breathing process is the foundation of The Simple Solution!

Breath is the most important function of life! The Simple Solution, therefore, is dependent on the process of consciously controlling one’s breath to become a healthy, happy, and loving human being!

My Flow of Life

My Flow of Life

THE GIFT OF BREATH FLOW OF MY LIFE

  • The flow of life starts with the first breath and ends with the last breath.
  • My breath anchors me to life, being aware of my breathing makes me aware of my life.
  • If I can hear each breath and sense the stretch of my body, it brings mindfulness.
  • Mindful breathing keeps me aware of the present time and the place of everything in my daily life.
  • The silence between each breath (which I call Baby breathing) keeps me in a PEACE ZONE (in other words mindful) where I CAN TEACH MYSELF ANYTHING NEW. AND I LIVE EACH DAY WITH LOVE. This is self-sufficiency and unconditional self-compassion. I have become a proactive person to take responsibility to care for my health and life. I can visualize the destination of my life’s journey with my positive outlook and energy.

MINDFULNESS: Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

  • Brings Simplicity
  • Brings self-sufficiency.
  • Brings Non-violence

When I make the present moment the focal point of my life instead of the past and future, my ability to enjoy what I do and with it, my quality of lifeincreases dramatically.

The Simple Solution is for You

The Simple Solution is for You

THE SIMPLE SOLUTION IS FOR YOU! All of us want our children to be born healthy and grow up to be healthy, happy, and loving adults. Unfortunately, not all children are born healthy, or the environment itself may be sick and toxic. The simple, healthy lifestyle and peaceful, mindful silence of the breath discussed in The Simple Solution may help many families with medical and environmental challenges. People that are born healthy and have a healthy, happy, and loving environment sometimes lose sight of these ideals on life’s journey and their minds are filled with fear, stress, and chaos. Hopefully, these individuals will have a “wake-up call” as I did in my life to return to the path of being healthy, happy, and loving.

I share my long struggle with you in this book. Traumatic events; like the loss of a loved one; health issues such as heart attack, diabetes, stroke; the loss of a job, foreclosure on your home, or bankruptcy disrupt our lives and gets us off track. Even happy occasions such as marriage, the birth of a child, graduation from college, or a new job can cause worry and stress. If we listen to other people and only care about outside influences, many turn to a life of consumerism which is ruled by greed, ego, attachment, lust, and anger. If you can relate to any of these issues, THE SIMPLE SOLUTION IS FOR YOU!

YOU-TURN BOOK

The Purpose of YOU-TURN Book

The purpose of this book: To learn, improve, experience, and live a balanced good quality of life, and help others to become proactive self-caretakers.

This You-TURN is not just a book it is a concept and the movement of The Simple Solution for the young generation who are transforming and learning to create a good quality of life for themselves. This book is about applying these Simple Solutions to cure all challenges in our life. These Major challenges could be related to our Environment, Mental, Physical, Social, or Spiritual health, Violence, Inequality, and Education.

The good news is that these solutions are bestowed in our inner minds and we don’t have to get school, college, or even medical degrees nor we can get this intelligence from books, articles, teachers, experts, guru, etc. We just must Sense and listen to our own Heart and Body then apply them just as we did in our first 6-7 years of cocoon childhood stage. (Genetic of our life) Most of us stopped applying because of the traumatic pressure put on by the outer environment of greed, ego, and control in our world. This environment of Epigenetic new science has created our challenges that’s why our world is ailing. People’s minds are full of greed, ego, and control creating fear, stress, and chaos in their lives. Consumerism and self-gain are polluting our planet, destroying our natural environment and ecosystems, and leading humanity on a dead-end path.

Baby Breathing Benefits – Blood Flow

BLOOD FLOW

Baby breathing, one of the key techniques for living a happier, healthier life readers learn about in “The Simple Solution,” is essential for core strength and for three VITAL functions of the body, to: create, sustain, and reproduce life. One of those crucial functions is blood flow.

Blood carries basic biological ingredients to trillions of cells, supplying oxygen to tissue. It also:

  • Supplies nutrients, such as glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids.
  • Removes waste, such as carbon dioxide, urea, and lactic acid.
  • Provides immunological functions, including circulation of white blood cells and detection of foreign material by antibodies.
  • Provides coagulation – one part of the body’s self-repair mechanism.
  • Provides messenger functions, including the transport of hormones and the signaling of tissue damage.
  • Regulates pH levels.
  • Regulates core body temperature.
  • Provides hydraulic functions, including the regulation of the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood.

Improving blood flow and oxygen throughout the body allows the lungs, heart and muscles to function properly and efficiently. This provides you with the ability to fight off and avoid disease and illness. Better circulation means the white blood cells can be transported throughout the body, improving the immune system for a healthier, longer life.
